So after we settled a bit i finally rolled up my sleves and gathered whatever little supplies I could that I got from India and made a card and magnetic refrigerator note holder for a friend who helped us a lot after we moved here in Melbourne. Pattern paper is from vintage escape,  loved them.

Name plaques customised

This is the first time i worked with clay.. Today sharing customised wooden name plaques that i created using clay to embellish them..  started with a wooden base and primed it with gesso..  created my choice of acrylic backgrounds and made the embellishments using air dry clay.. And yes without using any tools..  just used a craft knife and my fingers to shape them..  finally added a layer of varnish and a jute twine to help it hang on a wall... These are great for gifting kids as they love anything made specially for them with their names on it 😃.. Do drop some love if you like it
